This is what home looks like

Let us show you how we are working with thousands of individuals and families to create communities where people can thrive.

Schedule an Open House (in-person or virtual) for your team to hear from our Executive Director, take a tour, hear inspiring stories from our residents, and find out how you can get involved.

Care Calls

Volunteers provide social support to single adult residents. After training, volunteers will be connected with a single adult living at one of Foundation Communities’ properties with a goal to provide companionship in the form of regular phone check-ins. Care Calls volunteers help to mitigate the negative effects of social isolation through acceptance, care, and compassion.

Sustainability Efforts
For the last five years, the Sustainability Department at Foundation Communities has provided new residents with environmental education on energy, water, waste, and indoor air quality. Our goal is to instill new habits right at move-in. On average, we greet 1,000 new residents each year. As we open more properties, your investment will help to expand this critical program.

Holiday Assistance Program
Every year, hundreds of community members from all walks of life come together to help make the holidays brighter for their Foundation Communities neighbors. This program runs in November and December each year. For more information, contact kara.dunleavy@foundcom.org.
