Foundation Communities is a local, homegrown nonprofit that offers attractive, affordable apartments and duplexes with on-site support services in the areas of education, financial stability and health.

Contact the Housing Intake and Placement Coordinator at 512-610-7392 (M-F 9am-5pm) for general housing information, availability, and how to apply for housing at our family properties.

Contact the Supportive Housing Navigator at 512-610-4010 (M-F 9am-5pm) for information on our Supportive Housing (for single adults) or to be placed on a waiting list (if space is available).

Requirements for Living in Our Communities

We hope you will find a home with us.

Our apartments and duplexes are perfect for individuals and families with low to moderate incomes.

The minimum and maximum income requirements vary by location.

For families with children under 18 making less than 30% of the average median income for Austin (under $23,000/year for most families), please see our options for At-Risk/Homeless Families
