Education Pathways

Education Pathways is a department of Foundation Communities committed to creating pathways to higher education and career advancement. We accomplish this through free programming that offers holistic support to teen, post-secondary, and adult learners. Our programs take place across the two Prosper Centers and onsite at our housing communities.

The College Hub assists more than 1,000 students a year with individualized support and community workshops through two neutral one-stop hubs in Austin. The College Hub can offer support with college applications, FAFSA or TASFA submission, verification paperwork, scholarship support, job coaching and planning ahead for college success.
