Health Insurance Enrollment
Insure Central Texas
Since 2014, Foundation Communities has helped enroll nearly 30,000 individuals in health insurance under the Affordable Care Act.
Open All Year: Marketplace Insurance, Medicaid, CHIP, MAP
Our team of experts is available year-round to help you sign up for and use your health insurance. You can walk in during our open hours or schedule an appointment.
You may qualify for a Special Enrollment Period if you have a change in your tax household (e.g., get married or have a baby), a change in your immigration status, or a change in your health coverage (e.g., lose employer health insurance after losing a job). If you think you may qualify for one of these events, come see us today.
MAP assistance is available by appointment only.
