What is Rent Reporting?

The monthly reporting of rental payments to all three major consumer credit bureaus which will be included in your credit report. Only on-time payments are reported, so enrolling in rent reporting will never negatively impact your credit score.

Benefits of rent reporting include:

  • Build credit without taking on additional debt
  • Build credit for something you’re already doing, paying your rent!

Rent and Utility Assistance

If you live on a Foundation Communities property, and have experienced a hardship or emergency, you may be eligible to receive assistance towards your rent and utility bills. This benefit is only available once a year, for up to three years.

To apply for rent or utility assistance, contact an on-site staff member—such as a Property Manager, Resident Services Coordinator, Case Manager, or Learning Center Manager.
