Children’s HOME Initiative

For At-Risk/Homeless Families

Children’s HOME Initiative staff can assist you over the phone with housing consultation at 512-610-7392, or by email CHI@foundcom.org.

Since 2003, our Children’s HOME Initiative (CHI) has helped over 600 families move out of homelessness. This unique program offers even further reduced rents for extremely low-income parents with young children. CHI provides intensive on-site case management services, including employment assistance, in addition to the signature education, financial stability, and health programs we offer at each of our communities.

Currently, Foundation Communities has 140 apartments for CHI families.
